Comprehensive Cold-Wallet Review

Who This Is For

Long-term Bitcoin holders who store the majority of their savings offline — on one or more hardware wallets, with or without a multi-signature arrangement — and want a clear, written picture of their holdings without exposing private keys.

Typical clients have held BTC for five or more years, accumulated wallets across device upgrades, and want confirmation that every address and UTXO is accounted for before a major life event, tax season, or estate planning conversation.

What Is Included

• Device inventory: We catalogue every hardware wallet, air-gapped computer, or signing device you bring to the session.
• Balance reconciliation: Using exported xpubs and publicly available blockchain data, we match on-device balances against the chain. Discrepancies are flagged and investigated on the spot.
• Backup inspection: Physical review of paper, metal, and encrypted digital backup materials — condition, storage location, and redundancy gaps.
• Address map: A printed appendix listing every derived address, its current balance, and the device or co-signer responsible.
• Bound report: Delivered at the end of the session or collected the following business day. Two copies: one for you, one sealed for your records.

What Is Excluded

• We do not move, spend, or sign transactions on your behalf.
• We do not store seed phrases, private keys, or passphrase material — ever.
• Tax filing, legal structuring, and exchange account reviews are outside this scope (available as separate engagements).

Provider & Setting

Reviews are led by Hye-jin Park, lead reviewer, in our private consultation room at the Gangnam office. The room has no cameras, no open Wi-Fi requirement for your devices, and a Faraday pouch available on request.

Preparation

Before your appointment:

1. Charge all hardware wallets you plan to bring.
2. Export xpub/ypub/zpub records from each device if you know how; we can guide you through this at the start of the session if needed.
3. Gather any paper or metal backups you are comfortable showing us (we inspect without photographing).
4. Bring a written list of any addresses you believe are orphaned or forgotten.

Timeline

• Booking to session: Typically 5–10 business days.
• Session duration: Three hours, with a 15-minute break.
• Report delivery: Same day or next business morning.

Pricing

Starting at ₩850,000 for setups involving up to three devices and fewer than 50 derived addresses. Complex multi-sig arrangements with more than three co-signers are quoted individually. A 30% deposit secures your appointment slot.
