1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing utilityalderline.click or engaging Utilityalderline Co., Ltd. (“Utilityalderline,” “we,” “us”) for cold-wallet balance review services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Utilityalderline provides in-person cold-wallet balance reviews, reconciliation sessions, multi-signature arrangement audits, and inheritance documentation reviews for long-term Bitcoin holders. Our services are informational and documentary in nature. We do not custody, transfer, or manage cryptocurrency on your behalf.

3. Appointments and Deposits

Session bookings require a 30% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, except as described in our Refund Policy. Remaining fees are due at the conclusion of the session.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to bring only devices and materials you are authorised to disclose. You must not provide seed phrases, private keys, or passphrases during any session — we will never request them. You are responsible for the safe transport of your hardware to and from our office.

5. Reports and Intellectual Property

Bound reports and summary documents produced during a session are licensed to you for personal use. Utilityalderline retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated observations for internal training. We do not publish client-specific data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our reviews are conducted with professional care but cannot guarantee completeness of blockchain history or future security of your storage arrangements. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Utilityalderline’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
